Source checked
DogNear has inspected an official operator, council or comparable primary source.
Owner verified
An authorised operator has claimed the record and evidence has passed review.
Automated source watch: DogNear now fingerprints official source pages in small background batches. A meaningful page change, repeated failure or missing page enters the private review queue; it never silently rewrites a public fact.
